After working on both Animoto and PhotoPeach, I prefer the latter. Students have more options for editing the video. They can add captions, insert slides with information and create fun quizzes. Students can create great presentations easily and can express lots of originality and creativity.
You did a great job on both of these---I think you'll be able to use them for instruction and maybe for GOOD examples for students to produce their own!
ReplyDeleteI think somehow you put them in the header of the blog instead of in the post--so the page is now kind of distorted. You need to switch to HTML in a post to paste in the code for any embed.
You're building a fabulous toolkit for your classroom teaching!
And you're right--Animoto, PhotoPeach, Photostory, Movie Maker, VoiceThread--and others all have distinct features that make them good for one thing, not for another.
